In her 28 years of advertising experience carie has worked at some of Ad Age's top agencies, such agencies as Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Butler, Shine & Stern and Chiat Day to name a few. Carie founded the Design Bureau in 2007 with the belief that design has the power to achieve extraordinary goals (whether it be motivating sales, increasing awareness or delivering memorable experiences) is greatest when it’s approached as a strategic, collaborative art form. In addition to winning many awards, her work has been recognized by the Effie Awards, one of the highest achievements for work that represents client and agency teams who tackled a marketplace challenge with a big idea. Carie has been a professor at The Academy of Art and is a graduate of the Portfolio Center with a degree in advertising and communications as well as completing the 4As program at Northwestern University.
